State Finance Minister Anam Ramnarayana Reddy has presented the budget for 2013-14 in the Assembly today and stated that allocations are increased for various welfare activities and also that the per capita income is increased. Anam has presented a budget of Rs. 1,61,348 crores. This consists of 1,01,926 Cr as non planning and 52,422 cr of planning cost and a surplus of 1023 crores.
