Governor said the SC, ST sub plan bill was historical and govt's goal is to reach the reforms to all in the state. He said that the reforms brought up by the govt have given good results and state had faced heavy troubles dut to the Neelam cyclone in the recent times.
CPM has criticised the speech of Governor. As the speech started, Communist MLAs have shown placards in opposition to the government. CPM MLA Julakanti has said the speech was just like a lecture of no use. He said it was wrong for him to have stated that there are no power cuts in state.
TDP has also boycotted the Speech by Governor. Senior TDP leader Gali Muddukrishnama Naidu has stated that there will not be their support given to the NCM of TRS. He stated those parties as supporting parties of Congress if packages are given. He commented that thy had sent a letter with attender without showing the minimum respect to the main opposition.
Speaker's speech closed among the oppositions protests and Speaker as there were no chances to continue the house in peace had postponed the sessions till tomorrow.
