Telangana Nagara Samiti leader Nagam Janardana Reddy faulted the TDP chief Chandra Babu Naidu for not attending the assembly session. Questioning where Naidu was, he said it was improper on the part of the opposition leader to be absent on the opening day of the assembly session.
