Hyderabad, March 23: Congress chief whip Gandra Venkata Ramana Reddy gave a letter to the Speaker Nadendla Manohar on Saturday, seeking disqualification of 9 MLAs who violated the official whip and voted against the government when a no-confidence motion was moved in the Assembly.
He filed the disqualification petition before the Speaker, seeking action against Sujay Krishna Ranga Rao, Alla Nani, Perni Nani, Jogi Ramesh, Rajesh, Dwarampudi Chandrasekhara Reddy, Siva Prasada Reddy, Gottipati Ravi Kumar and Peddireddy Ramachandra Reddy.
