Coming into the matter, the word 'Balupu' is used in a film releasing this Friday. This comes in the conversation of girls in the film. Censor board had taken that offending and wanted that to be cut. News is that the unit of that film had argued with Board members, as to how can that be offensive, when the word is directly being used as a film title. But, the Censor had removed the word. This is the experience for the film '3G Love'.
In reality if the word 'Balupu' comes in the conversation of two boys, it would have an intention behind. It may have a differant intention if used by girls. This looks like the objection raised by the Censor board to cut that. Same may be the situation if Raviteja had used the word to girls in the coming up movie.
