Even the day 2 of the Assembly sessions went with postponements again. There were slogans, protests and placards, surroundings of the speaker podium throughout the sessions seen on Thursday along with a surprise of two NCMs from TRS and YCP independently.
On Thursday, TRS in the start of the house had submitted the notices of no confidence motion over the Government to the Speaker Nadendla Manohar.The notice was signed by 25 members in support. TRS had put this forward with the support of BJP, communist parties and Nagam Janardhan Reddy. Later even the YCP had given notice on NCM to speaker separately. They gave notice with the signatures of their 18 members.
As per the rules notice of NCM has to be given in one hour advance before the speaker comes into the house. Only then will be a decision taken on it same day. As TRS and YCP gave notices after the start of the house, there was no chance for that to be decided today. Speaker will examine that and take a decision tomorrow.
