Police batallion which was readily prepared had blocked them at the NCC gate and this led to tensions. Students did not listen to the police and there was a slight argument leading to a lathi charge. Students had revolted and threw stones on the police. This led to a high tension at the location.
Looking at this one can understand how would the situation be tomorrow. Leaders on one side are saying to organise the bandh tomorrow at any cost and on the other side Police are shifting leaders to stations by putting bind over cases on them. They are also warning that if any body comes onto the road saying bandh will be arrested and sent to jail. Need to see what happens tomorrow !
