Three adjournment motions moved by the opposition parties on various issues on Thursday was disallowed by the Speaker in the State Assembly.
As soon as the House assembled at 9 am, Speaker Nadendla Manohar announced about the adjournment motions tabled by the opposition parties – TDP, YSRCP, CPI and CPM demanding a discussion on the power cuts and hike in tariff, TRS and Nagam Janardhan Reddy wanting a resolution to be moved for creating a Telangana state and BJP for a discussion on the recent twin blasts in Dilsuknagar.
The Speaker disallowed all the three adjournment motions.
