To impress the mighty bosses of YSR-Congress, local leaders of Vijayawada have organized some vulgar looking recording dances near Poranki village to welcome Jagan's sister Sharmila. Women and children who visited the show got aversion with these acts and left the road-show. Even after Sharmila visited the place in Vijayawada, these raunchy dances are continued along with her convoy. Due to these immature and exaggerated acts of YSR-C leades, traffic along the Vijayawada-Bunder road came to a stand still for hours. On a whole, Sharmila's road show became a big stage for dirty acts unlike seen in any political meetings.
Many people tried to obstruct the road-show as they felt irritating with recording dances, but YSR-Congress leader paid no attention to them. Analysts however stated that the lack of popularity for Sharmila's road show is forcing YSR-Congress cadres to organize recording dances in order to attract youths for the road-show.
