When Nata Samrat tasted failure

ANR..The name itself is revered across India. He is living encyclopaedia in acting and many feel that he can not fail in any thing. When he spellbound all as Devadasu, the film was remade in Bollywood. Though Legendary Dilp Kumar donned the role, he later confessed that he couldn't reprise even 1% of what ANR did. Such is is acting talent.

Now ANR himself confessed he tasted failure. Revealing the secret at the graduation day of Annapurna International School of Film,Media, he said when he underwent surgery in 1974, he planned to quit films. However till now he couldn't do so due to love for acting. He said he tried many times but failed in his mission. He said this is the only thing in which he tasted failure.
