The filmmaker accuses the actress of diverting the attention of people to tie knot with a producer, during the period she went missing. "Anjali claimed she disappeared for few days to escape from the harassment of her aunt Bharathi Devi and Me. But, I came to know that she went hiding only to tie knot with a top Telugu producer.
