The recent controversies created by actress Anjali has made her popular in the Telugu film industry. Her salary has been raised to Rs 50 Lakhs. She recently acted with Arya in the film Settai for which she received Rs 20 Lakhs as remuneration. This is the highest remuneration she had ever received for a Tamil film.

She is currently pairing with the Venkatesh in a new Telugu film. She has been paid Rs 50 Lakhs for this film. She is also pairing with Ravi Teja in a Telugu film titled Balupu. She is also being paid a handsome salary. She is also pairing with Pawan Kalyan in a Telugu film.

It is understood that she is being paid Rs 60 Lakhs for this film. Moreover Telugu films are being heaped on her. Since she is getting more offers in Telugu than in Tamil, she has decided to settle in Hyderabad. There is also news that she has decided not to act in Tamil films.
