From a couple of months, TV Artists Association and other associations belonging to small-screen are agitating to ban dubbed serials. Though many channels have stopped airing dubbed serials, it is heard that MAA TV is still airing them. However the agitators must have protested in a legal way and might have brought this to the notice of channel's heads.But the agitators have turned attackers and physically destroyed the properties at the TV office.
Responding on the incident, MAA TV director Allu Arvind stated that it is quite unethical to attack this way. 'We know who is behind the attacks. But this is not the right way to protest', says Arvind. Another authority from MAA TV questioned, 'If we stop airing those serials now, how will viewers react to it? Maybe they will also come and attack us'.
While banning of dubbed serials is a different story altogether, attacking a channel office in this way is not a right way. However film folks have started thinking about that unknown guy Arvind mentioned regarding the attack. Who is behind it?
