The agency informed the CBI court that it would file charge-sheet against three cement companies - Penna Cements, Dalmia Cements and India Cements - explaining how they got benefits from the then government headed by Dr. Y S Rajasekhara Reddy in return for their investments in the Jagan companies.
It may be mentioned here that the CBI has informed the Supreme Court that it would file its final charge-sheet on seven aspects in the case. While it completed investigation in three aspects, investigation was in a crucial stage with the other four - Lepakshi Knowledge Hub, Indu Projects, Sandur Power and Suitcase companies.
