The flash agitations taken by TDP MLAs’s at Old MLA quarters last week helped the party gain a positive image in the state after a long time in terms of taking up people centric agitations. Several leaders from different parties and organisations made a beeline to the spot to express their support.
This is for the agitation taken up against proposed power hike. The highlight of this agitation was the surprise visit of Nagarkurnool MLA and Telangana Nagara Samithi boss, Nagam Janardhan Reddy. Nagam has been reportedly sending feelers to the party about his comeback.
But sources say that he may not take a final decision till 2014 elections approaches but as of now Nagam reportedly doesn’t have any ill will any longer for TDP in which he was called the number two after the party’s supremo Naidu. Such things only signify the political realignment which is expected to happen in a big way this year.
