Former heroine and Samajwadi MP Jayaprada faced huge insult the other day at her constituency Rampur. A group of UP police and other officials have forcibly taken the beaconing red-light over her car. Though she is authorized to use the light for being a Loksabha MP, transport officials and police seized it the other day while the car is parked at her house saying no reasons. It can be understood that Samajwadi is intentionally harassing Jaya this way, as she is supporting Amar Singh, her guru who was expelled from Samajwadi sometime back. However police alleged that Jayaprada is carrying huge money to distribute among voters for increasing her vote-bank and hence they conducted the raids.
Though Jayaprada is saying that she will not be contesting in UP in 2014, it is surprising to see Samajwadi harassing her. Some say that she is trying to liquidize her assets in that constituency, but UP government is not allowing to do so as part of taking revenge.
