Sada turns item girl

Item numbers seem to be lifelines for heroines at the end of their careers. Heroines who are at the ending stage of their careers turn in to item girls for Money, fame and popularity. Consequently our ‘Jayam’ and ‘Aparichitudu’ fame Sada, well known to Telugu audience with her famous dialogue ‘Vellavayya Vellu….’ is the latest celebrity to choose this path.

She has performed an item number in a Tamil/Telugu bilingual film starring Vishal, Anjali and Varalakshmi in lead roles. Sundar C is the director. However, as no heroine likes to be called as an item girl, Sada is no exception. She claims it as a special song saying, “Yes, I’ve done a song which is not an item number. My role in the movie is part of the story and it also has a prominent scene connected to the story. Well, you will get to know soon.”
