In the commercial, Salman is seen arm-wrestling a man while being surrounded by a mob of supporters and Salman said, “The atmosphere today with the charged up air of aggression reminded me of Karan Arjun. I was shooting for 'Karan Arjun' in Mehboob Studio and there was the same ambience during my introduction scene in the film, when I enter the boxing ring.”
In Karan Arjun, which also starred Shah Rukh Khan, Salman was seen playing the role of a prize fighter. The film, directed by Rakesh Roshan, was a tale about revenge and re-incarnation.
