Shahid in Vishal Bhardwaj next on Shakespeare's famous character

Vishal Bhardwaj has tried and tested two of the Shakespeare’s plays, Macbeth and Othello into Maqbool and Omkara respectively. However after the dismal of Matru Ki Bijlee Ka Mandola, the director is all ready for his next directorial venture. It’s a Shakespearean play and by the looks of it the director has roped in Shahid Kapoor.

However the two had creative differences in past but all’s well between the two, now. The film might be an adaptation of King Lear or Hamlet. Wait and watch out for this space.
