Team ETD is presently busy with the film's promotions and were recently in the national capital for the same. And while Emraan was talking about his film, at the do, he was taken by surprise, when a female artiste dressed as a daayan came on the stage and tried to kiss him. For a moment, the Serial Kisser was stunned , as the artiste looked very much like a real daayan, in her black sari and Gothic make-up. Apparently, it was one of Ekta Kapoor's promotional strategies, for Ek Thi Daayan.
Directed by Kannan Iyer, the film is co-produced by Ekta Kapoor and Vishal Bhardwaj and stars Kalki Koechlin, Huma Qureshi and Konkona Sen Sharma alongside Hashmi.
