Union Minister for Tourism K Chiranjeevi, who is very much in the city on auspicious Ugadi day, was absent to presentation of much prestigious Nandi Awards given by the state government. That's not all. At a time when Indian 'Megastar' Amitabh Bachchan graced Hyderabad and receiving NTR National Award, Chiru who himself an actor-megastar- representing government at centre- who also represents same political party was absent and his absence is conspicuous and sets tongues wagging in the film and political circles.
What's more? The very next day (April 12), Chiranjeevi inaugurated United Nations World Tourism Organisation (UNWTO) Conference on sustainable tourism development at Hyderabad.
So, it's clearly evident that all is not well between Chiru and CM! Many insiders of Congress party opine that it is part of conspiracy of Chiru and Botcha (Kappu understanding) to make CM alone in coming general elections.
