Finally Supreme Court pronounced its verdict saying that Kadapa MP YS Jagan is not eligible for a bail for the kind of economic offenses he has committed. SC rejected the bail petition lodged by Jagan saying that he will influence witnesses and tamper evidences if he is out.
Y S Jagan who is sitting in Chanchalguda from a year or so is not having any relief once again with Supreme Court rejecting his bail petition. Court made it clear that Jagan could apply to bail only after the investigation gets wrapped by the investigation agency. SC felt that witnesses will be influenced easily if at all Jagan is given bail regarding his disproportionate assets case at a time when CBI is nearing a finish of the investigation. However Court ordered CBI to finish the investigation in next four months before striking off Jagan's bail petition.
Apart from Jagan, his auditor Vijayasai Reddy who is Accused No 2 in all the cases related to disproportionate assets case got his bail cancelled. He is ordered by the apex court to surrender before authorities by May 30th.
