Despite doing several item numbers, Charmee never acted in a cameo role throughout her career. Charmee will appearing in a little role in the second half of Varun Sandesh’s next, Saradaga Ammayitho. Talking about the role, she said, “I have never done a cameo in any film in the past and I don’t think I’ll do one in future. I was reluctant when the director and producer approached me for the cameo and finally they convinced me. It’s a small role and I liked the fact that it was an energetic role. I hope the cameo makes a difference to the film.”
Bhanu Shankar has directed the film and Pattikonda Kumara Swamy has produced the film. Ravi Varma has scored the music.
