Known for his close association with Mega family, director Vinayak is not into any project ever since the success of Nayak at Telugu box office during the start of this year. Though Bellamkonda's son Srinivas' project is to take off, somehow our director has kept it on the backburner. Reliable sources shared that Vinayak is quite busy with his real-estate projects in Vizag and that is why he is not taking up any film projects. Already Vinayak is having a multiplex theatre V-Max in Jagadamba Centre, Vizag and his new projects are also commercial complexes coming up around the beach city. They say that our director is in partnership with few other NRIs to make these real estate projects work.
