Union Minister Chiranjeevi's son Ram Charan manhandled a person thrashing him black and blue alleging that the person's Maruti 800 collided with his Aston Martin car at Taj Deccan.
Charan and his security gaurd manhandled the person who was injured in the scuffle. A complaint was lodged in Banjara Hills Police station.
