Kandireega Goes Bollywood

Energetic Star Ram starred Kandireega is now being remade in Hindi. Popular Bollywood director David Dhawan is directing the film and his son Varun Dhawan is the lead actor. Director Santosh Srinivas spoke to a leading daily and said that Varun Dhawan will be apt for the role.

Varun Dhawan made a decent debut with Karan Johar's Student of The Year and his performance has been well appreciated by critics and movie lovers. Kandireega had Ram, Hansika, Sonu Sood and Aksha in the main roles and Ram's terrific performance, Santosh Srinivas' directorial skill were the main highlights in the film.
