TRS chief K Chandrasekhar Rao came down heavily on Andhrajyothi MD Radhakrishna for alleged malicious campaign against him and his party.
Responding to Andhrajyoti's headline 'Ekaki KCR' hinting the Telangana leader is deserted by everyone, TRS President fumed, "Andhra Media, particularly Andhrajyothi paper and its MD Radhakrishna wants to somehow damage my reputation. Remember Radhakrishna, even 1 lakh RKs can't even pluck my hair. How dare to call a leader who is admired by crores of Telangana people as 'Ekaki'? None could make KCR alone. I am a leader who could match the stature of Himalaya Mountains. If you continue to publish such mad writings, we will give a call to Telangana people to abandon Andhrajyothi paper completely".
Ever since Andhrajyothi targeted KTR in the land dealing issue, there is a war-like situation between the TRS leadership and the media house. KTR recently filed a defamation suit against Andhrajyothi in Nampalli court urging it to files cases under sections 499 and 500 of IPC. He even named Amoda Broadcasting Publications Pvt. Ltd as Accused No. 1, MD Vemuri Radhakrishna as Accused No.2, Publisher Kanaganti Venkata Seshagiri Rao as Accused No.3 and Editor Srinivas as Accused No.4 in the petition.
