Generally police beefs up security at all places in Hyderabad and other key towns and cities in Andhra when they are really taking a decision on bifurcation. Because the slightest tilt in any decision Core Committee announces, will lead to both happiness and despair, and both can go overboard at times. But there are no preliminary measures being taken at any place regarding these security issues. Analysts are saying that if at all Congress is ready to announce decisions after its Core Committee meet, and then they will surely up the security. So, no security means, there is no question of decision on Andhra Pradesh unification or bifurcation.
On the other hand, Congress party is going ahead with its scheduled Core Committee Meet from 3.30 pm today. Well, some medias are promoting this as judgement day, but it is merely a party's decision, if at all they make one.
