'Telugu people should stand united against the conspiracy being made to divide them. Though bifurcation is not acceptable to all, politicians are trying to split the state for the sake of votes and seats', said Jagan.
Also the YSR Congress president has given an example of what Congress high command is doing with Andhra Pradesh. 'When father could not do justice to his two children, then he should not split them, but should leave them like that', he stressed.
'When 60% of people are coming onto roads to take up protests, why these state and central politicians are sitting calm?' Jagan asked. 'We are unable to draw water into our dams due to issues with Maharashtra and Karnataka. How will we be getting water if AP is split now? Even though they are giving national status to Polavaram, where will be water flowing into it after Andhra Pradesh gets split', said Jagan, while addressing the advocates.
