One of the most powerful storms to hit India in more than a decade, Cyclone Phailin left a trail of destruction in Odisha and a few coastal areas of Andhra Pradesh, killing at least 14 and damaging property worth crores. Fortunately, the cyclone fizzled out and came nowhere close to turning into a Category 5 storm that weather experts across the world warned us of. How did this happen and who is the man behind it?
