UPA partner and agriculture minsiter Sharad Pawar says that the possibilities of en masse resignation of MPs was very imminent in view of the confusion in national politics and that the UPA-2 may not be in a position to announce or grant Telagnana bifurcation process at the present stage.
His assessment is that lot many of Terlangana MPs (12 from congress, 2 from TRS & 2from TDP and one from MIM) are on the verge of resignatiosn over delay and similarly the seemandhra 25 MPs (22 from congress and 3 from TDP) are also wanting tor esign .
In this scenario the UPA government is likely to keep Telangana agenda for the the UPA-3.More than the Telangana the Congress feels the Modi threat was at its height in north and western india and is likely to spread to east and south if the elections were further delayed.
Telangana and the Seemandhra regions could once again boil up into agitations, dharnas and also blockades.
