“We will ensure the defeat of T-draft whenever it is referred to the state assembly. All the Seemandhra MLAs are united and if there are any black-sheep let there be of toeing the party line as disciplined soldiers,” thundered the Law Minister Erasu Pratap Reddy, who is considered as one of the close confidants of the Chief Minister.
He made it clear that not only they ensure bulldozing the T-resolution or Bill in the assembly sent by the Centre, but also resign en masse no sooner it is done.
As reported in these columns, the Chief Minister apparently prepared a counter strategy to thwart the High Command’s plans of wooing some of the Seemandhra members like PCC Chief Botsa Satyanarayana and Kanna Lakshminarayana, besides Anam Ramnarayana Reddy. “If anyone from Seemandhra dare to play any mischief at the time of T-Bill, they will get exposed and the people will teach them a befitting lesson,” he made it clear.
He was of the firm opinion that the TDP members from Seemandhra too join the chorus with them to ensure T-Bill defeat in the assembly.
