Interestingly, Surili is also an actress like her elder sister Yami. Surili is paired up with Jasraj in her Punjabi debut Power Cut where she also shared screen space with her father-in-law-to-be Jaspal which was his last film. Surili and Jasraj fall for each other and their love grew on the sets of the film. And they have maintained their relationship as secret. Finally, the duo opened up as they decided to tie the knot.
