According to grapevine, the 'Band Baaja Baaraat' girl has been frontrunner for Steven Spielberg's up next film on India-Pak affairs. Rumour mongers have it that Anushka Sharma has got the attention of legendary Hollywood filmmaker Steven Spielberg during his recent visit to India.
At just 24 years of age with only seven movies to her credit, this would be a great achievement if she bags this biggie. Even though, Spielberg remains silent about rumours of casting Anushka and the final cast of this film, the rumours are strongly buzzed.
Speilberg said at recent party in Mumbai: 'We have finalised a script ... but we're still trying to figure out the casting, locations and who's going to direct it.' If everything goes as expected, there is no stopping for Anushka in days to come.
