Jupudi said that Congress is completely concentrating on how to face Jagan. He said it was against to Constitution for putting up the Agriculture budget without discussing it in the BAC. He blamed that this is done just to control Jagan's popularity.
He said Minister Sridhar Babu was not even aware to read the budget at the council. He said they had come to know from Chandrababu's survey that their party would get 191 seats and thus has Babu also saved the Kiran Govt. He stated the Central govt is on the edge of collapsing and may be coming down any time. He said to give the Loan waiver to farmers a kind heart is needed and that exists only with Jagan.
