    Complaint against Top hero

Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan, spouse of actress Kareena Kapoor, draws ire of an anti-tobacco NGO (Non-governmental organization) group following the actor's latest film Go Goa Gone's stills, posters and trailers showcase lead actor Saif Ali Khan with cigar in his mouth. An anti-tobacco organisation in Panaji, Goa on Thursday demanded that actor Saif Ali Khan should be punished for violating the country's anti-smoking laws in promoting his latest film 'Go Goa Gone' directed and produced by Telugus Raj and DK.

National Organisation for Tobacco Eradication (NOTE)-India, even registered a complaint with the North Goa district collector and deputy inspector general of police, seeking punishment for Saif under provisions of the Cigarettes and Other Tobacco Products Act (COPTA), 2003. NOTE has in the past dragged actor Amitabh Bachchan to court over the issue of publicizing use of tobacco in a film called 'Family'. The organisation has even filed complaints against Shah Rukh Khan for smoking during an Indian Premier League (IPL) match and against Ajay Devgan for smoking while shooting for a Bollywood film in a government-owned premise. Let's wait and watch for Saif and Bebo's reaction over this.
