The drunkard living in Gandipet area on the outskirts of the city had one girl and was frequently harassing his wife ever since she gave birth to the second girl. On Tuesday he picked the second child around midnight when every one was asleep and threw it in the agriculture well nearby. Police arrested the drunkard.
