Petition on Jana in High Court!

Now a days, it is become a common activity to file petitions in court on the leaders. It was one such petition due to which YCP President Jagan had to go behind bars. Congress senior leader Shankarrao is an expert into filing such petitions. He had filed a petition in High court on Kiran to be smuggling red sandal wood.
On the whole two petitions by Shankarrao to hold an enquiry on 12 along with Chandrababu and also to carry on an enquiry on the Ministers. Now a social activist VV Rao has filed a similar petition on Minister Janareddy. He stated in it that Jana has Electricity projects in which there have been violation of foreign exchange regulations and many other irregularities taken place.
Only Jagan's case has taken a serious mode among all the petitions filed in previous years and the rest have disappeared. Nine more were stated as co-accused in the petition filed on Jana. Now we need to see what effect would this show on Jana, his Ministry and the Government.
