Hiking power tariff is one of the big blunders committed by CM Kiran in the recent days. In the name of surcharges and other plans, common man will now suffer more to pay huge electricity-bills despite of serious power cuts. Responding on these happenings, Chiru mentioned in a letter to Congress high-command he is very unhappy with this decision and accused that CM consulted no one before deciding on this. Also Chiru mentioned a point that hiking tariffs prior to elections will kill the chances of Congress in 2014 elections.
Chiru's unhappiness on power is quite convincing, but still connecting it to elections will not make him a people's man.
