After the hype created by the combo of Nithin and Nitya Menon via Ishq,surely the talk of the town in this summer is ‘Gunde Jaari Gallanthayyinde’.Produced by Nithin’s sister,Nikitha Reddy & Vikram Gowd,the cast & crew were very confident on this movie,as all most the same team has worked for Ishq before.
Story :
Nithin(Karthik) is a software engineer works in an MNC in Hyderabad.His parents live in abroad.He comes to india and settles here.Yes its true,as Nithin loves to be independent from his childhood,he comes back to india.He has a separate set of different feelings about LOVE.Always wants to be something unique in his life style & in his approach towards choosing a life partner.He comes across a beautiful girl(Isha Talwar) in a wedding of one of his friend(Comedian Ali).He takes the snaps of her and keeps it in his phone.She disappears from that place and Nithin starts searching for her.Through his friend(Ali) he gets to know that girls phone number.But as Ali is a drinker,he gives a separate number while he is boozing.Nithin unfortunately saves that number and gets in touch with that un-known girl.Infact,he flirts with her and gets much closer to her thinking she is the same girl as he saw in that function.
That girl has a boutique in the same building as Nithin works.This is not known to Nithin.One of his friend loves the same girl and request Nithin to help him to make their Love a success.Nithin with out seeing the girl,gives tips to handle that girl and make her fall in love with his friend.Somehow Isha falls in love with Nithin’s friend.But Nithin tries to divide them as he thinks Isha is talking to him over phone day & night.As the story moves on,Nithin gets to know one day that he is talking to a different girl(Nitya Menon) but not with the girl whom he saw at the first instance.Then the story takes various twists and turns.That un-known girl(Nitya Menon) wants to take revenge on Nithin as she thinks,he has left her suddenly and spoiled her life.Nitya falls in love with Nithin by seeing his sincerety in his Love.But unfortunately Nithin doesn’t have any feelings towards Nitya as he thinks his first love is Isha alone.
After a series of mis understandings,Isha breaks up with Nithin’s friend and Nitya breaks up with Nithin.Nithin becomes alone and falls in Love with his new Boss.Nitya comes to Nithin’s office as a new boss by using her father’s influence.Nitya’s father’s role is played by Ahuti Prasad.He is a V.I.P. in this movie.Nitya,after joining Nithin’s office,tries to seduce him and makes him to fall in Love with her.Nitya’s tries to play as a friend and as a boss to Nithin with out making him realize both are one and the same.
What happens @ the end? Whom shall Nithin Love actually? Will he realize et all what exactly Love is? is the rest of the story.You should watch it on the silver screen.
Plus Points :
1.Direction by Vijay Kumar is super.
2.Comedy is Excellent.More like a situational youth comedy.It will make the audience jump out of their seats.The comedy scenes with in the triangular love story is Awesome.
3.Nithin,Nitya acted quite naturally & superbly.As usual,this pair will get good marks from this movie as well.Like the applauds they got from the movie Ishq.
4.Music by Anoop Rubens is Good.Songs are Good.Couple of them seems to have same tunes with that of Ishq.But its O.K.
5.Thagubothu Ramesh & Ali did justice to their roles.Thier comedy is clean and apt.Audience will enjoy to the most.
Minus Points :
1.2nd half will get a bit slow a bit often.
2.Item girl role played by Gutta Jwala didn’t give any expression what so ever.She didn’t dance properly.Her steps are dull.
Technical Aspects :
Andrew’s cinematography is very good and it lends a rich feel to the visuals. Editing is very good. Dialogues are superb and they are a big asset for the film. Anoop Rubens has composed the film’s music and he has done a good job.
Vijay Kumar Konda shows great promise as a director. It is quite tough to engage the attention of viewers with such a simple storyline, but he succeeds.
Final Word :
Overall,A clean youth oriented entertainer.It has a message also: ‘You should have clarity in life about what Love is? Whom should you select as a boy/girl friend.Whether to go by the Looks(Infatuation) OR by the heart(behavior)?
A perfect entertainer in this summer.After Badshah,our Tollywood has got another Comic Flick! Nithin has showed his love/respect towards Pawan Kalyan in this movie.One song is chosen from Pawan’s old movie,Toliprema.The theater has got rocked when Pawan appears on the silver screen.
A Very Good One to Watch. More than once!! Its worth Watching.
