With elections inching in, many media houses have started writing in favour for their favourite political outfits and slowly the attacks are taking some other routes. In a bid to degrade the image of Minister Ghanta Srinivasa Rao, a media house published 'Pratyusha' story now.
In a bid to own a costly land that is under the undertaking of District Library Dept, Minister Ghanta is heard using his political power in Visakhapatnam. The media house reported that Ghanta made use of his company Pratyusha Shipping Limited to acquire a land space owned by District Library for commercial development under lease. Our minister has pressurized government to give that space for lease which the director of Libraries department objected to. However Ghanta's company has finally failed to build any complex there in the said time and is now seeking another fresh deadline to finish the task. Reports say that Pratyusha Shipping has to now pay 7 lakhs fine and officials fear to send a notice as the company is owned by a powerful minister.
However Minister Ghanta and his associates have trashed the complete story saying it is a fabricated one. They accused that the media-house is spitting venom only to help their party's candidate get fetching. Let us see where these allegations will end.
