Akkineni Nagarjuna denies the land encroachment allegations levelled against him and clarifies he isn't the one who wants to earn quick bucks through fraudulent means.
"All the business operations that I'm part off are perfectly legal and anyone can go-through the documents. I'm not interested in politics and wouldn't contest the next general elections," says the actor, who suspects a political conspiracy behind the allegations.
Nagarjuna claims Annapurna Studios is the brain child of his father Akkineni Nageswara Rao who established the studio to develop the Film Industry. "This place where Annapurna Studios is located is a jungle in those days. It was my father who acquired the permission from government with a good intention," speaks out the star, asserting that he isn't seeking any benefit from government either for his film-related ventures or other business activities.
Tollywood's handsome hero made these comments in the wake of serious allegations made by TDP leader Revanth Reddy and Congress senior K Kesava Rao accusing him of grabbing the Gurukul Trust land near Hi-tech city. The other day, a complaint has been filed with Lokayukta seeking probe into irregularities took place in Nag's N-Convention center at Madhapur.
