We are aware that Sabita Indra Reddy who was named as fourth accused the charge sheet filed by CBI in connection with Jagan illegal assets case has submitted her resignation to the chief minister and determined not to attend official duties till she gets a clean chit. CM Kiran has no other option, but to replace her at the earlier as Home Ministry is a crucial portfolio and the law & order should be reviewed on day-to-day basis.
As many as Seven ministers including PCC Chief Botsa Satyanarayana are in race for the Home Minister's chair. Others lobbying for the post are deputy CM Damodar Rajanarasimha, MLC D Srinivas, Major Industries minister Geeta Reddy, Information minister DK Aruna, Civil Supplies minister Sreedhar Babu and Woman & Child Welfare minister Sunita Laxma Reddy.
Sources say, CM Kiran is preferring to choose either DK Aruna or Sunita Laxma Reddy based on three factor - They are women, hails from Telangana and the Reddy factor.
