The court which admitted the petition on Wednesday, posted it for hearing to July 17. The court said it would hear the arguments of the union government and the CBI on the day.
It may be mentioned here that Vijaya Sai Reddy is the second accused in the disproportionate assets case of Y S Jaganmohan Reddy.
