All the recent blockbusters like Dookudu, Naayak and Baadshah have one thing in common and that is none other than the presence of ace-comedian Brahmanandam. Many a times the talk is that if we cut Brahmi from those movies, they are nothing.
This talk has reached to a new level with many critics throwing satires that Brahmanandam and MS Narayana are the heroes of films while our star-heroes are limiting to fights and dances. Looks like, our heroes are feeling envy of these talks and they have come to big decision now. With Nagarjuna saying the other day that he likes comedians to lead the show till they don't dominate heroes, many young heroes have opened eyes. An insider revealed that a star-hero who scored a hit recently and whose next flick is right now under shooting, requested the director to limit Brahmi's scenes and trim the down. Another hero asked his director to replace Brahmi with someone else.
A producer on condition of anonymity says 'When heroes are losing importance due to Brahmi's presence, it is better either to reduce intensity of his scenes or to replace him. Because without heroes, a film entirely made on Brahmi will not become a blockbuster'. However, small heroes are not feeling envy of him as they bank on Brahmi a lot to help their flicks collect more. Let us see how it goes.
