Vidya Balan arranged a family dinner at her residence in Juhu on April 29 so as to celebrate her brother-in-law, Aditya Roy Kapoor's success with Aashiqui. The flick earned Rs 20 Crores in the opening weekend.
Kapoors wanted to celebrate Adiyta's victory and Vidya gave the suggestion of a family dinner.
A source confirmed the news saying, "Rajma chawal is Aditya's favorite dish. So Vidya ensured it was on the menu along with his other favorites like aloo tikki, dahi boondi and kulfi falooda for desert. The topic of conversation was but naturally, the movies."
Adtiya has been receiving a number of calls, with others congratulating him for his extraordinary performance in the flick. The family dinner came as a surprise to him, he said, "It was a small celebration which came as a sweet surprise for me. We all had a great time."
