Karthi ready to serve Biriyani on Dec 20th

After failing two times at box-office with 'Sakuni' and 'Bad Boy', actor Karthi is getting ready to light up the screens with his forthcoming flick "Biriyani". The Karthi, Hansika starrer Biriyani is all set to hit the screens on December 20th in both Tamil and Telugu. The film narrates the story of a couple of friends who go in search of Biriyani one night and how they land up in trouble.

Earlier it was reported that 'Biriyani' will hit the screens for coming pongal. However, with Rajinikanth’s 'Kochadaiiyan' unit announced recently that they are coming for this Pongal race, 'Biryani was advanced to Dec 20th to avoid a clash with the Superstar of South. Actor Karthi who enjoys a huge market in Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu is all set now to gain his momentum back.

The film is directed by Venkat Prabhu and K.E.Gnanavel Raja is producing this film under 'Studio Green' banner. The film has music by Yuvan Shankar Raja and cinematography by Sakthi Saravanan. The film is expected to be comedy-thriller.
