Mumbai heroine for Chaitu

Director Vikram Kumar Konda, of Gunde Jaari Gallanthayyinde fame, has roped in Mumbai beauty opposite Naga Chaitanya for his next venture. Miss India Universe 2010 second runner up, Pooja Hegde will romance Naga Chaitanya in his new film. Though Pooja's showbiz debut Mask opposite Jeeva (Moogamudi in Tamil) tanked without a trace, Chaitu is apparently fine with the decision to bring her on the board.

The film said to be a youthful entertainer will be produced by Annapurna Studios. If all goes well, the film will take off in December second week. We hear that the script has shaped up well. Vikram Kumar Konda has taken extra care on this project in order to meet the expectations after his debut Gunde Jaari Gallanthayyinde turned out to be money spinner.

Naga Chaitanya is on a roll post the success of Tadakha. He has a deluge of offers in pipeline. He is going to pair up with Hansika in a film to be directed by Srinivas Reddy. Meanwhile, Chaitu will be part of his grandfather Ramnaidu production- Remake of Punjabi hit Singh Vs Kaur- which rolls from December.
