Attarintiki Daredi has become the top grosser, purely on Pawan Kalyan’s magic and Trivikram Srinivas crispy publicity and good family added to it, it has become the first big telugu film to cash on the new admissions rates of around 30% to 50% hiked few months ago, and it clearly reflected in its record breaking collections.
Apparently, It becomes the top grosser in the annals of Telugu cinema by virtue of collecting and has prosperously consummated its 70 days run and has amassed an all time record portionmore than Rs. 85 crores-plus and still counting in theatrical collections across the world and leaves earlier top blockbusters like Magadheera (65 crores) and Dhookudu (60 crores) and Gabbar Singh (60 crores)
far far behind.
This movie satellite rights were acquired by MAA TV for then all time record price of Rs.9 crores. Buzz is that the movie might be aired in MAA during the festive season of Pongal, 2014. Meanwhile, the movie’s 100 days run will be consummated by the movie on 4th January, 2014. Let us hope that AD brings laugh for fans for Pongal.
