The court issued these orders on a complaint from one Krishna Swaroop.
A felicitation programme was organized in 2004 in the Children's Theatre of VUDA in Visakhapatnam in 2004 when Harsha Kumar was elected an MP. The present minister Kondru Murali, former MLA Ravi Kumar and SC, ST Commission's the then chairman M Nagarjuna attended the function.
Krishna Swaroop complained in the court that followers of Nagarjuna and Harsha Kumar had attacked him in that function. The court directed the police to investigate into the complaint. Though Harsha Kumar was directed to appear several times, he did not bother to comply. Following this, the curt issued the arrest warrant and adjourned further hearing of the case to April 10th.
